H&R Training Professionals is the trading name for Hope and Restoration formed in August 2008 as a company limited by guarantee with the main aim of empowering disadvantaged young people and adults, but not exclusively: lone parents, NEET, Black and Ethnic Minority people, migrants, low skilled, low income and disabled persons to rebuild their lives by developing new skills and knowledge, build confidence and greater personal awareness to contribute positively and participate actively in the community.

We do this through training and education, employment support and partnership working; the combined effect facilitates individuals to progress into sustainable employment, self employment or further training.

Margaret's experience of working directly on a one-to-one basis with unemployed individuals and lone parents is substantial, Ms Thorli and her team believe from experience that in order to achieve success with individuals seeking work or starting a business, motivational training and one to one mentoring support is needed to deal with both the emotional and practical barriers which stop individuals making positive changes to their lives.
